Waterguard working with Insurance broker Cadogan Keelan Westall

This system is endorsed by major insurers and also exceeds the requirements of BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) which is the most widely used assessment method for buildings in respect of Environmental protection.
We have agreed that Cadogan Keelan Westall will be able to negotiate reductions for our clients to supply an appropriate Waterguard system most of which can be extended to include BMS alert or deliver a text messages to Property Managers in the event of a leak.
Working with Clients and insurers it is hoped that the installation of Waterguard products in large or vulnerable residential properties will reduce losses and therefore decrease premiums and excess levels to the benefit of all"
