BREEAM Applications

With sizes to suit all applications and the option of an automatic stop valve, not only does Waterguard attract maximum BREEAM Points, it delivers maximum protection against damage from burst water pipes. Residential

This water Leak Detection range is supplied in 15, 22, 28 & 35mm sizes. Designed to suit all residential and small business applications, with simple installation and easy to use controls. This range offers all the protection of Waterguard for your house, apartment or workplace.

Commercial and Industrial

Covering pipe sizes from 15mm to 150mm and more, the Commercial Waterguard range is designed to provide the ultimate solution for the larger busy public and private sector site. Whether the principal purpose is to conserve water, reduce water bills or protect your assets from damage caused by burst and leaking water pipes, a Waterguard system will deliver. Supply Only

We supply residential systems directly to House Builders and their contractors for installation in residential properties during construction. For many years, leading house builders have insisted on WATERGUARD to protect their assets. With a size range of 15, 22, 28 & 35mm there is a WATERGUARD to suit any residential application. We also supply commercial units for new build installation which meet and exceed BREEAM requirements i.e. with or without automatic stop valves. The standard size range is up to 150mm. Installation and Advice

We can supply, install, commission and maintain our full range of Waterguard water leak detection systems for both domestic and commercial customers. Where installation into existing properties is required, our team of engineers can deliver a fully installed and commissioned system to meet the highest standard. Leak Locations and Repair

The source of a water leak is not always obvious, especially when it is underground or in an inaccessible area. We can undertake surveys to locate and replace damaged pipe work including underground leaks. A WATERGUARD system will often identify a leak before it deteriorates into a major burst. An early repair will often prevent serious damage.

Water Conservation

A tap left dripping for a day will waste many gallons of water. Water escaping from a burst or dripping water pipe is still the responsibility of the consumer and will be charged for by the water supplier.
