Burst Pipes Up 35% Last Winter*
The winter of 2010 saw more than 105,000 insurance claims reported in Great Britain from damage caused by burst pipes in both business and household properties.
Forecasters are predicting an equally cold winter for 2011/12 but with Waterguard water leak detection, the damage to buildings and property caused by a burst pipe would be dramatically reduced.
Waterguard water leak detection equipment has been protecting properties such as York University, Woodland Trust HQ and the All England Tennis Club, Wimbledon from water damage caused by burst pipes and defective equipment for more than 10 years. Used by leisure centres, public buildings, private dwellings, schools and universities, Waterguard will protect property from water damage, conserves water usage and saves the property owner the cost of repairs and inflated water bills.
