BREEAM Water Leak Detection System
The Waterguard BREEAM Compliant Water Leak Detection System, delivers the original Waterguard quality and exceeds the requirements required by BREEAM.
In order to attract BREEAM Compliance points the Water Leak Detection requirements are-
- Audible and visual alarm when leak detected.
- Activated when a continuous volume is exceeded over a set time.
- Two levels of guard High/Low for occupied and unoccupied buildings.
- User programmable.
- Able to avoid false alarms and accept exceptional use.
Waterguard is the original water leak detection system to meet all the BREEAM requirements.
In addition, automatic solenoid valves can be activated in the event of a leak being detected. The controllers can be linked to an Intruder Alarm for automatic guard level switching.
An output is available to link to a BMS, Auto Dialler or other alarm device.
